SNAKES

Georgia is home to 41 different species of snakes. Reynolds  Nature  Center  is home to 3 of those species... Join a ranger for a hands on program about these amazing and often  misunderstood reptiles.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

CANOEING

Explore Reynolds' very own Big Pond with an experienced naturalist. Participants will learn the basics of canoeing and seek out native flora and fauna of a pond habitat.

Tuesdays  and Thursdays, May 16, 2017 - July 27, 2017   9:00 AM– 10:00 AM

Ages 8-12

$5.00/ person

Pre-registration is required 

This program is available throughout  the summer and accommodates 2 children per session.

BUILD A BIRD HOUSE

Birds are always searching for a suitable spot to build a nest. Build your very own bird house to hang in your back yard or share with a loved one (bird houses make fantastic gifts!).

Tuesday,  June 06, 2017        3:00 PM – 4:00 PM    $12.00 / person

GUIDED HIKE

Explore the trails of Reynolds with a staff naturalist then gather in the nature center for a live snake presentation. For groups of 10 or more.
